There are many good options for a biking vacation in southern Sweden, Skåne. One option is the Sverigeleden, an almost 9500 km long route. Signs for Sverigeleden ("Sweden route") were placed by the Svenska Cykelsällskapet in the 80s. The signs are green with white bikes, easy to find. Most of the route is on asphalt roads with little traffic.
Sverigeleden has two sections on the south coast of Skåne, Sydkusten.
