The ground is frozen, the smith's hammer beats against the anvil, the sound of people enjoying Svaneholm's Christmas Market on a sunny November day (yesterday). Outside the big wooden doors to the castle, next to the frozen lake sparkling in the soft winter sunlight, you can warm up with some "glögg" and ginger bread. In the courtyard you can buy hot dogs. Inside the castle you hear live Christmas music from an old organ. It is nice and warm inside, lots of people visiting the various market stands spread over several floors . Portraits and mirrors are hanging on the walls as usual, but today there are tables with all sorts of Christmas ornaments, brooms, marzipan pigs etc. Next to the parking you can also visit an art exhibit at Mästers Galleri.
